Digitizing is but an early step in a long process that includes a variety of activities that can both enhance discovery of your content as well as engage users in compelling ways. There are a number of things cultural heritage institutions can do to create a satisfying experience for users without breaking the bank. These and other issues will be explored in a look at best practices from around the world on how best to engage users wherever they may be found.
