Digital Commonwealth 2021 Annual Conference

Registration Terms and Conditions

All conference registrations must be paid in full on or before April 1, 2021 unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with the Conference Event Manager at digitalcommonwealth@gmail.com, otherwise your registration may be subject to cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE: Digital Commonwealth allows individuals to register and request an invoice to enable their organizations to settle the invoice. However, if you register and request an invoice but the invoice is not paid in full by April 1, 2021, or your registration is not canceled prior to the date specified in the Cancellation and Transfer Policy, you will be liable for the full amount of the invoice.

By registering, attendees also agree they will abide by the terms of Digital Commonwealth's Code of Conduct during the conference sessions and any lunchtime breakout sessions.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Paid registrations cancelled on or before April 1, 2021 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after April 1, 2020 will not be refunded. Your registration may be transferred to another individual in the same organization until midnight on April 6, 2021. All cancellations and transfers must be communicated in writing by email to the Digital Commonwealth Conference Event Manager at digitalcommonwealth@gmail.com. Transfer requests should include the name, email address and phone number of the person the registration is being transferred to.
